Welcome our inaugural McPrice Myers Rosé, a co-fermented blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre from the Highlands of Santa Barbara. This was produced on a whim when Mac, almost rhetorically asked, “Wanna make a Rosé this year?” on the last day of harvest. We had a lot of members asking for one, and who are we to deny?
Saignée of Alta Mesa Mourvèdre. Grenache cold settled and fermented in stainless steel. Clairette Blanche and Grenache Blanc cold settled and fermented in neutral oak.
Cherry blossom, white peach, rose petal, guava, Himalayan pink salt, and wild strawberry.
