Winemaker Dinner 3/7/19
Join us for our first winemaker dinner on our estate! Enjoy a 5-course meal by Chef Peter Haller, paired with wines and conversation from McPrice Myers.
This is an intimate evening for only 16 guests at our Hilltop Guest House situated on our vineyard estate overlooking the McPrice Myers winery. The view is breathtaking with a spectacular panorama of mountains from Monterey through to the Pinnacles.

Seafood Pie - a savory lobster custard topped with caviar, green apple, and a fresh oyster, served in a flaky pie crust.
Glazed Goose Breast - roasted radishes, parsnip puree, and cabbage served with a light jus.
Leg of Lamb - roasted leg of lamb rolled in herbs and served with olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and capers.
Braised Beef Cheek - root vegetable stew, dumplings, and herbs de Provence.
Sticky Toffee Pudding - vanilla ice cream and persimmons.
