Wine Dinner at Bar Boheme, Las Vegas

Join our Brand Ambassador and Cellar Supervisor, Jeff Thomas, at a special wine dinner at Bar Boheme on Thursday, July 16, at 7 p.m.

The dinner will bring together the talents of Chef Tyler Vorce of Lilli with the Bar Boheme team, including Corporate Executive Chef Sean O’Hara, Executive Pastry Chef Jake Yergensen and Chef James Trees. The chefs have combined their decades of experience to create a seven-course summer tasting menu (to be paired with McPrice Myers Wines) as follows:

Crab Stuffed Squash Blossoms - Feuille de brick, uni, yuzu kosho, furikake

Poached Prawn - eggplant confit, saffron, lemon

Cavaillon Melon + Hamachi - avocado, melon nuoc cham, basil

Barramundi - artichokes, sungolds, charred squash

4th -
Duck - figs, walnuts, red wine braised fennel, fig chocolate sauce

5th -
Venison - black trumpet, morels, corn steam cake, cherry sauce

6th -
Plums, almond, panna cotta, plum genoise
